Warranty
THE GUARDIAN GUARANTEE
GUARDIAN warrants each pair of its gloves to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purchaser's sole remedy in case any defect should occur is replacement of the defective glove. In no case shall Guardian be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages.
